This guest suite is in the basement/garden level of a home with an adjacent unit behind a wall and door. While we’ve done our best to minimize sound transfer as much as possible, you may still hear some footsteps and muffled conversation. BEDROOM The bedroom contains a queen memory foam mattress sitting beneath a mountain mural. The bedroom also contains a desk and chair for convenient working from home on our high-speed Wi-Fi. This space is definitely a relaxing retreat! BATHROOM The bathroom contains a gorgeous custom shower outfitted with free shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. LIVING ROOM The living room is outfitted with a couch that converts into a sofa bed, 32" TV, and record player with vinyl records. There is also a bar with all you could need to enjoy a bottle of wine or other beverage after a long day of exploring Colorado. If you have a third guest, the pull-out sofa bed is available for them and we have worked to make it as comfy as possible! DINING AREA There is a four-person dining table with room for everyone to sit and enjoy a home cooked meal from our stocked kitchenette. KITCHENETTE Contains all the cooking appliances you could need other than a full oven - hot plate burners, a toaster oven, coffee maker w/ free coffee, microwave, electric kettle, apartment-sized refrigerator and all the supplies you could need to cook on an extended stay. BACKYARD / PATIO This space is shared but we give preference to our guests to use it. The covered patio makes for a great place to unwind and watch the sunset over the mountains (when the blooming trees don't block the view) OTHER The home contains one thermostat which you will unfortunately be unable to access. However, we keep the home between 69 and 72 degrees dependent on season. We have provided heaters and fans for you to further tweak the temperature to your liking. He is friendly to new people but may give you a couple welcome barks when you enter. We are more than happy to introduce you to him upon request!
